Two Mile Ash is a district located in the north-west of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, England, situated two miles south of Stony Stratford and adjacent to Watling Street. The district was named after the Two Mile Ash toll gate located on Watling Street. Although it is one of the larger districts in Milton Keynes, a significant part of its area is occupied by Abbey Hill, an 18-hole golf course. Consequently, many of the streets in the area are named after famous golf courses. Two Mile Ash was one of the first districts to be developed during the mainly private housing period of Milton Keynes. The district is located in the Abbey Hill civil parish and is characterized by its main spine, The High Street, which connects to other facilities. Other important roads in the district include Church Hill, Clay Hill, and Corn Hill, which provide access to the area. Additionally, Fairways is an exit road located near the Abbey Hill Golf Course, which occupies half of the course, while the other half is located in the neighbouring Kiln Farm, accessible via a footbridge.
